The AerialVision Process: From Vision to Delivery
We’ve streamlined our workflow to ensure your project is handled with precision and delivered at the speed of business. Here is what you can expect when you partner with us:
1. Inquiry & Consultation
It starts with a conversation. We discuss your project goals, location, and the specific deliverables you need. Whether it’s a residential listing or a commercial mapping project, we’ll provide a custom quote and verify any airspace requirements for the site.
2. Scheduling & Weather Prep
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get you on the calendar. Because we rely on the sky, we monitor the forecast closely. If the weather doesn’t look perfect, we’ll proactively coordinate a backup date to ensure your visuals are bright, clear, and professional.
3. The Professional Shoot
Joseph arrives on-site to handle both the sky and the ground. Utilizing state-of-the-art drones and high-end ground cameras, we capture every angle with an eye for detail. Most on-site shoots are completed within 1–3 hours, depending on the package.
4. Expert Post-Production
The magic happens in the studio. We meticulously edit every image and video clip—applying HDR processing, color grading, and blue-sky replacements where needed. For video, we add licensed music and professional transitions to create a cinematic story.
5. Fast Digital Delivery
Within 24–72 hours, you’ll receive a link to your private digital gallery. You can download high-resolution files ready for print and web-optimized files ready for the MLS or social media.
