1. Introduction

Welcome to AerialVision Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services

AerialVision Media provides creative visual media services, which may include but are not limited to:

• Photography and videography (including aerial/drone content)

• Graphic design, branding, and digital content creation

• Editing, post-production, and other media-related services

All services will be agreed prior to starting a project.

3. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve our services.

• Remaining balances are due as specified in your invoice or agreement.

• Payments not received by the due date may incur late fees and delay delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate project details, required access, permissions, and materials on time.

• If using our aerial/drone services, the client must secure any necessary property owner permissions or location permits.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• AerialVision Media retains full copyright ownership of all media created unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose (e.g., marketing, personal, or commercial use).

• Raw or unedited files remain the property of Aerial Vision Media and are not provided unless agreed upon.

6. Revisions

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions as specified in your agreement.

• Additional edits or revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is allowed if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AerialVision Media is not liable for delays or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, illness, or force majeure).

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our work.

9. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal or project information provided to us will be kept confidential and used only to fulfill your project unless you give written permission otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Refund Policy

• Once services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

• Any approved refund will be partial only, reflecting the portion of work not yet completed.

• The decision to issue a refund and the amount refunded is at the sole discretion of AerialVision Media.

• No refunds will be given for completed services or delivered final products.​

12. Delivery of Content

• Final media deliverables will be provided through a secure online drive or download link (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or a similar platform).

• Physical delivery of content (such as on a USB drive or other media) will only be provided if agreed upon before the start of the project.

• Delivery times may vary depending on project scope and will be communicated in your agreement or project proposal.

13. Acceptance

By hiring AerialVision Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
